Weeds gets second season

Weeds, the hour long Showtime series got some Golden Globe love today and as a result is renewed for a second season.

I may go ahead and add this to the watchlist. Congrats, comedy writers, you now have a different show to spec!

    Weeds flew under the radar for most of the season and at first appeared to be foundering. To continue the transportation metaphors, it picked up steam toward the end and really took off in the final few episodes.
