Was it just me, or...

...did "Heroes" last night seem a narrative mess?

The story threads were practically incoherent. The only one that made any sense at all was Claire's and that was pushing it.

I'm disappointed.

Oh, and we were told to check out this site to learn more about Hiro's personal hero (who is apparently Julian Sark) Takezo Kensei.

I gave up on Heroes after their S1 ending. *That* was a mess. Too many characters, too many storylines. When you need to belong to a forum or online discussion group in order to follow a series like that, it's time to simplify. Besides, I already do that with another show; it's called Lost. One is quite enough and Lost, for all it's fault, has superb actors and (some) breathtaking well-written scripts.

I agree. In fact, I got so angry, I final wrote an article about it.

I just think this show is way overrated and not "one I have to watch".

That would be LOST, HOUSE, 24, etc...

Glad to know it wasn't just me. I too felt a little let down. Why is it so hard for a season premiere to pick up where the finale left off? I'm glad they are expanding out from America some. I'm just so confused by why everyone is where they are. Parkman living at Mohinder's, The Bennets' all living together and how are they affording everything on CopyKing salary? I know you know, so I'll stop. Can't wait to see Kristen Bell! "Chuck" was great. I'm interested on what you think about "Bionic Woman." I also like your Blogtalk show on Saturdays.

I was SO disappointed. I don't understand why in God's holy name they intro two new characters and don't even mention DL, Micah and Jess/Nikki. Let's not mention what happened to them at all. (And nevermind that Ali was in the number one movie at the box office over the weekend, so why include her in the first episode).

To me it was a big bore. And I'm friends with those guys.
